The payment path

Three steps.
One ticket.

Your private Discord ticket is the source for your quote, payment details and confirmation.

Need a quote first?
  1. Agree on your quote.

Confirm the work and price in writing, and read the Terms. Do not pay before you agree. If the scope changes, ask for a new quote.

  2. Check. Then send.

Match these four details to your ticket before sending from your wallet.

    Coin
The crypto agreed in your ticket.
    Network
The exact same chain, especially for USDT.
    Amount
The current quote, accounting for send fees.
    Address
Copy from your ticket. Check the start and end.

Use only the address in your ticket, never one from a DM, email or other site. If anything differs, stop and ask.

  3. Share the transaction ID.

Post the transaction hash (TXID) from your wallet in the same ticket. Our team will check the payment and reply there.

Wait for our reply. Do not send twice. Confirmation times vary. If you made a mistake, share the TXID and tell us what happened.

A little guidance

First time
with crypto?

Start here if you need to buy Bitcoin. Already have crypto? You can go straight to the payment steps.

How to buy Bitcoin for your order
  1. Choose a provider.Use a lawful service available where you live that supports BTC withdrawals to an outside address. Check purchase and withdrawal fees.
  2. Set up your account.Complete the provider’s checks and enable two-step sign-in. Never share wallet passwords, login codes, private keys or recovery words in Discord.
  3. Buy enough for your quote and fees.Use the current amount in your ticket. Ask us before splitting a payment or sending a small test.
  4. Return to your ticket.Reconfirm the four payment details, send, and share the TXID using the steps above.

Crypto transfers cannot be reversed like a card charge. If a detail is unclear, stop and ask before sending.

Wallet, network, TXID: what do they mean?
Wallet
The app or account you use to send crypto.
Network
The blockchain used to send it. The sending and receiving networks must match.
Transaction ID / hash
The code that identifies your transfer on the blockchain. Also called a TXID.

A payment guide, not investment advice. We do not recommend a provider.
