FancyHire offers credit only. We do not send crypto or fiat back. If eligible work remains unfinished, a person reviews your order in Discord. Credit is based only on the work left, stated in USD using the payment rate from when you paid. If you cancel before work starts, credit may cover the order value minus unrecoverable inbound network fees.

Credit does not cover completed work, delay by itself, Jagex stat or XP rollbacks, or claims outside the agreed scope. Delay cases are handled by hand in Discord, with no automatic credit. For trainer issues, FancyHire offers a free trainer replacement first. Credit may apply only if that does not resolve the issue.

Open a Discord ticket to request credit. Include your order details, what happened, and the work still due. FancyHire responds within 48 hours. If approved, credit is added at once. It stays with the paying Discord user, is usable only for future FancyHire work, and expires six months after issue. Multiple approved credits may be used together.
